Qualifications

• Experience with digital asset management systems and image libraries; Understanding of metadata, controlled vocabularies, and naming conventions.
• Familiarity with common image, document, and audio file formats; Excellent attention to detail, especially with file naming, categorization, and data consistency.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working with large volumes of images.

Responsibilities

• Organize incoming and existing image files using established taxonomy, folder structures, and asset hierarchies.
• Apply and maintain standardized naming conventions, including renaming images during organization to ensure consistency and searchability.
• Enter, edit, and validate metadata according to defined metadata schemas and required fields.
• Support image workflows including file preparation, version control, quality verification, and rights/usage checks and image releases for minors.
