Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team serving a long-term care community in Summersville, WV for 8 hours per week. The position offers a flexible schedule and excellent pay.

The RD will complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team to support patient outcomes. Credentials include CDR and WV licensure, with a client-centered approach and strong

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed required.
• Licensed dietitian in WV or eligible for licensure.
• Excellent communication and client-centered approach.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments
• Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
• Completing the MDS - Section K
• Calculating TF
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant wt changes
