Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Monroe, MI. The role involves 24 hours per week in a long-term care setting, with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

You will perform nutrition assessments, document via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the care plan team. Candidates must be RD-eligible, licensed, and focused on patient-centered care.

Formación

• Must be CDR-credentialed and licensed as a dietitian.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient-centered care.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsabilidades

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
