Cura Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at Holy Redeemer Hospital Meadowbrook Campus in Meadowbrook, PA. The role involves assessing nutritional needs of patients/residents, implementing interventions, and improving quality of life in line with individual goals.

Typical schedule is 24 hours per week. The position requires a Bachelor's and Master’s in Nutrition, plus CDR eligibility, ongoing CE, and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field is required
• Passed a national exam by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligibility
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every 5 years per CDR requirements
• Licensed or certified per state requirements
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics

Responsabilités

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with departments to set up procedures related to dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development.
