Job summary

Spring Oak Senior Living in Vineland, NJ is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to help create enjoyable mealtime experiences for residents. The role includes assisting with meals, feeding residents as needed, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Shifts are 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., with weekend availability required. Pay is $15.92 per hour, and benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and a Great Place to Work certification.

Qualifications

• Previous food service, dietary, restaurant, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents.
• Assist residents with mealtime needs, including feeding and drinking assistance when needed.
• Follow dietary guidelines and special meal requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Work closely with the dietary team to ensure meals are prepared and served accurately and on time.
• Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate service to residents and staff.
• Assist with food production and other kitchen duties as needed.
