Qualifications

• Able to follow oral and written instructions and dietary cards.
• Willing to work weekends and 4p-8p shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow therapeutic diet cards as ordered by the physician.
• Ensure proper serving temperature of food and beverages.
• Assure timely delivery of meals to residents.
• Maintain visual appeal and garnishes for meals.
• Adhere to nourishment lists and stock stations.
• Assist cook in monitoring meal serving times.
• Adhere to sanitation and storage policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the dining director.
