Qualifications

• Experience in food service or dietary aide preferred.
• Ability to follow dietary guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Review menus prior to meal preparation.
• Inspect diet trays for accuracy.
• Submit forms and reports to the Director of Food Services.
• Coordinate dietary service with other departments.
• Collaborate with dieticians and supervisors on changes.
• Ensure procedures follow established policies.
• Assist in establishing meal production to meet deadlines.
• Process diet changes and new diets as received from Nursing.
• Perform dishwashing and utensil replenishment.
• Assist in inventorying and storing incoming food and supplies.
