Job summary

Pearl of Rolling Meadows is seeking a dependable PART TIME Dietary Aide or Dishwasher to support our kitchen team in providing residents with nutritious meals and a warm dining experience. Join a friendly, team-oriented environment focused on quality care and safety in every service.

Responsibilities include meal preparation assistance, setting up dining areas, delivering meals, washing dishes, maintaining a clean workspace, monitoring supplies, and following food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly attitude, reliability, and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and assist with food service as directed.
• Set up dining areas and deliver meals to residents.
• Clear tables, collect dishes, and wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen.
• Dispose of food waste and take out garbage.
• Monitor food supplies and assist with inventory.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
