Job summary

Resthaven in Holland, MI is hiring a part-time Dietary Aide to assist with kitchen preparation and meal service for residents and guests. You will follow menus, maintain sanitation standards, and deliver high-quality service in dining rooms and kitchen areas.

The position offers a rotating weekend schedule and evening shifts, with pay ranging from $15 to $16.50 per hour, plus benefits available as part of the organization’s supportive, mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages, fruits, salads, desserts, and assist with additional food preparation as needed.
• Set up dining room tables for meal service.
• Follow resident menus when preparing room trays or serving in the dining room.
• Take tableside meal orders and deliver food to residents in a timely, courteous manner.
• Deliver nourishments to resident units as required and ensure carts are returned to the kitchen.
