Job summary

Aspen Health & Rehab in South Range, WI is looking to hire a part-time Dietary Aide to join our team. This dietary position earns a competitive salary of $15 - $17 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

You will assist in preparing and serving meals to our residents, starting with setting up trays and serving regular meals, meeting dietary needs, and ensuring high-quality service. You deliver a high level of customer service while following dietary guidelines and approved menus.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to perform basic arithmetic, understand measurements and follow written and oral instructions.
• No experience required. A willingness to learn is needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate resident needs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents.
• Deliver and retrieve trays and ensure meals are served according to dietary orders and approved menu.
• Maintain high level of customer service and interactions with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
• Ensure safety and sanitary conditions, cleaning tables, chairs, and utensils, and cleaning work areas.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
