Responsibilities

• As a member of Nutrition Services, perform duties per supervisor/manager instruction.
• Assist in serving meals on a timely basis.
• Serve food following portion control procedures.
• Assist in cleaning tasks and maintain a clean kitchen area.
• Wash utensils, dishes, pots, and pans as required.
• Set up and distribute meal trays and food carts.
• Assist in food preparation for meals and special events.
• Follow safety, infection control, and universal precautions policies.
