Qualifications

• Ability to learn to operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards.
• Place items such as utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays.
• Perform food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Serve food on trays at the proper time and temperature.
• Push carts to halls or kitchen.
• Wash dishes and keep the work area clean.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and orderliness.
