Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide in Clovis, CA to assist with meal service, tray setup, dishwashing, and kitchen sanitation. You will support the Cook and Dietary Supervisor to ensure residents receive meals safely and on time.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent and a Food Handler's Certificate. Training will cover nutrition, safety protocols, and cross-department collaboration in a SNF environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow food service routines.
• Set up and serve meal trays.
• Strip returned trays and wash dishes.
• Operate dishwasher and monitor cycles.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwasher at the beginning of the shift.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment.
• Maintain floors; sweep and mop dining areas.
• Assist the Cook or Dietary Supervisor as needed.
• Participate in orientation and dietary training.
