Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville, a community of Navion Senior Living, is seeking a qualified Dietary Aide to assist in the preparation, oversight, and serving of meals. Our Dietary Aides are responsible for delivering top notch food service in a high-quality, cutting edge Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.

The goal is to provide excellent food services by following instructions and standards. This is a Part-Time opportunity to join a great team in serving our residents!

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and instructions.
• Effective communication with residents, families and coworkers.
• Basic math skills for day-to-day tasks.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and/or pre-portions food for regular and therapeutic diets according to menus and production sheets.
• Ensures food safety and proper handling per policy.
• Serves food in an attractive, appetizing manner and checks temperatures.
• Maintains correct temperatures during preparation and service; records temperatures.
• Communicates warmly with residents and families; responds to concerns professionally.
