Job summary

Admiral’s Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Aide dedicated to resident-focused service. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, a friendly and caring attitude, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Experience in the kitchen is welcome but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. We offer a close-knit community atmosphere where you can make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives and feel valued as part

Qualifications

• Resident-oriented service and compassionate caregiving
• Reliability and punctuality in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work well with residents, families, and staff
• Kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized dining/kitchen area while following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with dietary and caregiving staff to meet residents' dietary needs.
• Participate in on-the-job training and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate must be resident-oriented and be committed to providing excellent service. Specific qualifications include reliable transportation and a friendly & caring resident-oriented attitude. Employees will be hired based on exhibited hard work, reliability, and ability to work well with others in the workplace! Experience in the kitchen is preferred but is not a requirement of this position. Training will be done on-the-job, and the successful candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment.
