Job summary

Cura is seeking a Part-Time Diet Clerk for its healthcare team in Shakopee, MN. The role focuses on managing meal service flow during dining operations and inputting nutritional information. Schedule is 2 days per week, onsite at St. Gertrude's Health Rehab.

Ideal candidates hold a nutrition degree, with nursing-related nutrition knowledge and at least one year of experience. Familiarity with SureQuest is a plus.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled, experiencedPart-Time Diet Clerkto our healthcare team inShakopee, MN. As a Diet Clerk with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations. *This position will be scheduled 2 days per week.*

What you'll be doing:

• Managing nutritional data software.
• Inputting nutritional information.
• Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs.
• At least one year's experience in nutrition or related field.

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.

Compensation Range:
