Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and supplies; ensure quality standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per policies and procedures.
• Educate patients; provide health coaching.
• Monitor patients and communicate changes with physicians and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and chart accordingly.
• Follow infection control regulations and participate in rounds.
• Assist in inventory, onboarding, and continuity of care.
