Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our nonprofit team in patient-centered in-center hemodialysis units.

The part-time RN role includes two 10-hour shifts starting at 5am, with focus on preparing dialysis machines, delivering treatments, patient education, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
• DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training; new grads encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and supplies; ensure quality standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies.
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes to physician/families.
• Administer and chart prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
