Job summary

University-Medical-Center-of-Southern-Nevada is seeking a Part-time Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic exams to support physician diagnoses and treatment planning in a fast-paced hospital setting in Las Vegas.

The role requires ARRT Radiography certification, Nevada license, and BLS. Prior acute care imaging experience is preferred. The department offers an employer-paid pension plan and a competitive benefits package along with flexible part-time hours.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography and Nevada radiology license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Office Lab Assistant License within 30 days of hire where applicable.
• Preference for 1 year of recent acute care radiography experience (OR/trauma/peds imaging).

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic radiographic exams to assist physicians in diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Maintain radiation safety and protect patients and staff.
• Ensure proper positioning, image quality, and record-keeping per department policy.
