Job summary

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) seeks part-time radiologic technologists to perform diagnostic radiographic exams to support physicians and the hospital’s mission of high-quality patient care in the Las Vegas area.

Requirements include ARRT Radiography certification, Nevada State Radiology License, and BLS; minimum 1 year of acute-care radiography experience; OR, trauma, or pediatric imaging experience is a plus; strong patient communication and safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited radiology program.
• Current ARRT Radiography certification and Nevada radiology license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of acute-care radiography experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic exams to aid physician diagnoses.
• Support physicians in developing treatment plans through imaging.
• Maintain safety and quality control in radiology and infection control.
