Job summary

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) seeks a per diem Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic exams as part of patient care. The role requires ARRT certification in Radiography and Nevada state radiology license, plus BLS.

Ideal candidates will have experience with OR imaging and trauma/pediatrics imaging, and be capable of operating imaging equipment while following safety standards. This is a per diem, on-site opportunity at UMC in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school and from an accredited school of radiology.
• ARRT certification in Radiography and Nevada radiology license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accepted by AHA; additional Lab Assistant license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides diagnostic radiographic exams to assist physicians.
• Operates imaging equipment and ensures safety protocols.
• Communicates with care team to support patient care.
