Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include an accredited professional degree or equivalent in architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of demonstrated professional and/or teaching expertise.
• Active external design practice or leadership role in the community.
• Expertise in at least one course topic area listed.

Responsibilities

• Teach 3-credit lecture courses with development of syllabi and instructional materials.
• Create a welcoming environment for diverse students and constituents.
• Integrate diversity into curriculum and program design.
• Hold weekly office hours and consult with the program director.
• Participate in curricular meetings, end-of-semester reviews, guest lectures, and related activities.
