Job summary

The MedServ Group seeks a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Georgia on a part-time basis. You will provide dermatology care to residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities, performing exams, documenting histories, and coordinating treatments with physicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NP license in Georgia.
• Graduate of a state NP program or board-certified NP in Dermatology.
• Experience providing dermatology care to elderly/long-term care patients.
• BCLS or ACLS certification and DEA registration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and monitor patient conditions.
• Record medical histories, symptoms, and care plans.
• Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and contribute to patient care plans.
• Diagnose health issues and coordinate with physicians.
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Supervise staff and ensure quality elder care.
