Job summary
The MedServ Group is seeking a part-time Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional care to elderly patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities across Georgia. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, recording medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, and communicating diagnoses with physicians. Ideal candidates should possess a CNP license, experience in dermatology, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients. Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per patient or $60 to $65 per hour. Flexible schedule including 7-8 hours of patient visits plus paperwork.
Qualifications
CNP/Certified Nurse Practitioner License is required.
Graduate of a state registered Nurse Practitioner Program.
Experience in a dermatology clinic, hospital, or nursing home is essential.
Experience using diagnostic techniques to identify diseases.
Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with the elderly.
Responsibilities
Perform physical exams and patient observations.
Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
Order and analyze diagnostic tests.
Diagnose health issues and communicate with the physician.
Monitor and operate medical equipment as needed.
