Description

Here at DOCS Health, we have a state-of-the-art dental practice at Fort Campbell as part of Army and Air Force Exchange Services, specifically servicing Military Families and Military Veterans. Our practice has a family feel, and we focus on building relationships with our patients, ensuring the highest quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dental treatments to patients, including routine cleanings, extractions, dental fillings, cavity and tooth decay treatments.
  • Maintain strong diagnostic skills and be well-versed in all phases of general dentistry, with emphasis on oral surgery, simple restorative, and palliative care.
  • Utilize best practices, evidence-based dentistry, and ADA standards of care in guiding your clinical practice.
  • Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outline goals for both medical and dental health considerations.
  • Practice and follow infection control and OSHA regulations.
  • Follow all rules and regulations set by state, federal, and governmental entities.
  • Build strong relationships with patients to foster connections and influence retention.
  • Execute company standards, processes, and procedures to ensure quality service and a consistent patient experience.
  • Strive to balance operational targets with an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
  • Degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
  • Active Kentucky Dental License with no restrictions.
  • 1 year of Pediatric Dentistry experience required.
  • Able to work well with children.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with procedural skills and computer/office equipment, including MS Office.
