Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our on-site practice in Spring Mount, PA. The role includes a strong patient flow with opportunities for growth and continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network.

Schedule includes two Saturdays per month, 7AM-12PM, with full-time benefits available for higher hours. In this position you will diagnose and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive dental records while upholding the highest standards of care and

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
Maintain high quality and ethics in patient care.
Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
