Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist in Pennsylvania. The role involves the full patient care journey from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Schedule includes two Saturdays per month from 7 AM to 12 PM, with the potential for growth as the practice welcomes new patients monthly. We offer health insurance with HSA options, dental and vision coverage, 401K, and continuing education opportunities including

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
