Job summary

42North Dental in Martins Creek, PA is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our patient-centered practice. You will lead the entire clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics as needed.

Schedule includes two Saturdays per month from 7AM-12PM. You will build treatment plans, educate patients, review options, and maintain complete records.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments through CE
