Job summary

42North Dental in Martins Creek, PA is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. The role includes two Saturdays per month from 7AM-12PM.

This position offers a competitive daily rate and opportunities for mentorship and continuing education within a supportive network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
