Qualifications

• Active state dental license (unrestricted) required.
• Graduate from an accredited dental school (DDS/DMD).

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients per professional standards within scope of service.
• Perform routine and surgical extractions; manage acutely symptomatic concerns.
• Document encounters in SOAP format and obtain patient consent.
• Submit treatment logs to Corporate Office after each visit.
• Work within designated hours of operations.
