Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a part-time Dentist to provide general dentistry with an emphasis on oral surgery. The provider will be stationed on-site and supported by DOCS in staffing, invoicing, and supply ordering, with no weekend or evening requirements and no on-call or third-party billing.

Direct access to the Chief Dental Officer for clinical consultation is provided, along with malpractice reimbursement. Responsibilities include examining, diagnosing, and treating patients within scope;

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted State Dental License.
• DDS/DMD from an accredited school.
• Experienced clinician preferred.
• Confident and proficient in surgical technique.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Exam, diagnose and treat patients within professional standards and defined scope.
• Treat acutely symptomatic concerns.
• Perform routine and surgical extractions.
• Document each dental encounter using SOAP, update health history and obtain consent.
• Submit patient treatment log to Corporate Office after each visit.
• Perform dental services within designated hours of operations.
