Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a part-time Dentist to provide general dentistry services with an emphasis on oral surgery. The Dentist will be supported by DOCS in staffing, invoicing, and ordering dental supplies, with no weekend or evening hours.

You will have access to the Chief Dental Officer for clinical consultation and support, and DOCS provides malpractice reimbursement. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply and a background check will be conducted as part of the offer process.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted State Dental License.
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Experienced clinician preferred.
• Proficient in surgical techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Exam, diagnose and treat patients within defined scope of service.
• Treatment of acutely symptomatic concerns.
• Perform routine and surgical extractions.
• Document each dental encounter using SOAP format, update health history and obtain consent.
• Submit patient treatment log to Corporate Office after each dental visit.
• Perform dental services within designated hours of operations.
