Job summary
42 North Dental seeks a part-time Dentist to join our practice in Hatfield Township, PA. The role covers the entire clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
Daily rate ranges from $750 to $900 USD. Benefits include health insurance, dental benefits, vision coverage, 401K, CE opportunities, and more. Two Saturday mornings per month from 7AM-12PM are required.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review treatment plan options with patients.
- Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
- Maintain high standard of care and ethics.
- Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
