Job summary

42 North Dental in Hatfield Township, PA, is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our established practice. You will oversee the entire patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a steady patient flow, a flexible Saturday schedule, and daily compensation between $750 and $900 USD. Applicants must hold an ADA CODA-accredited degree and active state licensure.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices.
