Job summary

42North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA seeks a Part-time General Dentist to join a high‑performing team. The role offers 2–3 days per week with a daily schedule of 8AM–5PM or 10AM–7PM, with a daily guarantee or 36% of collections. You will provide comprehensive dental care and lead treatment planning.

The Dentist will diagnose, educate, and treat across restorative and preventive services, maintain patient records, and stay current with best practices while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
