Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time General Dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA. The role involves the full clinical patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivering care across multiple in-office specialties.

The position offers 2–3 days per week with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for continuing education, including Harvard rounds network CE events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
