Job summary

42North Dental in Treichlers, PA seeks a part-time Dentist to manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Part-time schedule includes two Saturdays per month and weekday mornings. We offer comprehensive benefits for 32 hours/week on average, with discounts, dental/vision coverage, 401K, and ongoing CE through Harvard Rounds Network and internal opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
