Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Part-time Dentist to join our practice in the United States. The role supports the patient care continuum from initial exam through treatment, with in-office specialists including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers two Saturdays per month from 7 AM to 12 PM, and a pathway to CE opportunities. The ideal candidate holds a DDS/DMD, current state licensure, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
