Job summary

42North Dental in the United States is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our established practice and serve a steady flow of new patients. You will lead the full patient experience from exam to care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The schedule is on a part-time basis with two Saturday sessions monthly and early morning hours, supported by comprehensive benefits and ongoing CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review, maintain and update patients' records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
