Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time dentist in our Langhorne, PA area to join an established practice that welcomes new patients monthly. The role focuses on promoting oral health, diagnosing conditions, educating patients, and delivering comprehensive restorative and preventive care.

The position requires a DMD or DDS, a current state license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification. Schedule includes two Saturdays per month and weekly mornings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state dental license and DMD/DDS degree.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans with patients
• Maintain and update patients' dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high standard of ethics and professionalism
