Job summary

42North Dental in Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care, from exams and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialities available. The candidate will join a practice that welcomes a strong patient flow and a collaborative network of Doctors.

Required credentials include a DMD or DDS, current state licensure, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and a current BLS/CPR certification. Daily rate ranges from $750 to $900 USD.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
