Job summary

42North Dental in Jamison, PA is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our growing practice. You will promote oral health, diagnose conditions, educate patients, and create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.

You will review x-rays, perform restorative and preventive care, and collaborate with a network of doctors. Strong licensing and BLS/CPR are required; 401K and ongoing CE are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold ADA CODA-accredited DDS/DMD degree.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments through continuing education.
