Job summary

42 North Dental in the United States seeks a part-time Dentist to join a practice offering comprehensive care from exams to complex procedures such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. You will manage the full patient experience, create treatment plans, and educate patients on options while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high quality of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
