Job summary

42 North Dental in the United States is seeking a skilled Dentist to join our established practice. The role covers the full clinical patient experience, from exam to treatment planning and delivery, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position is part-time with occasional Saturday hours. You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, create and discuss treatment options, and maintain patient records, while

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documented Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
