Job summary

42North Dental in Allentown, PA is seeking a Dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience—from initial exam through treatment planning and care delivery—with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role is part-time with two Saturdays per month (7AM–12PM), offering benefits to full-time staff and ongoing CE opportunities through Harvard Rounds Network. Competitive daily rate: $750–$900 USD.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
