Job summary

42 North Dental in Allentown, PA is seeking a Dentist for a part-time role to manage the full clinical patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care.

In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. Schedule: Part-Time with Saturdays 7AM-12PM monthly; benefits include 401K, continuing education through work at no cost, and mentorship within an amazing network of Doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
