42 North Dental is seeking a skilled Dentist for a part-time role with a strong patient flow and opportunities to contribute across the practice. The position emphasizes comprehensive dental care, patient education, and team collaboration in a modern setting.

The role includes in-office specialties and a focus on preventive and restorative care, with ongoing education through Harvard Rounds Network and other CE opportunities. We value diversity and professional excellence.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients and uphold ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and best practices through continuing education.
