42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care from exam through treatment, with opportunities in in-office specialties. This established practice welcomes a steady flow of new patients each month and emphasizes patient experience from initial exam to care delivery.

The role includes responsibilities across diagnostics, treatment planning, and performing procedures in a supportive team environment, with emphasis on continuing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments through continuing education.
