42 North Dental is seeking a part-time General Dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA. The role offers 2-3 days per week with shifts 8AM-5PM or 10AM-7PM, and a compensation model that includes a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections.

The dentist will oversee the full patient experience from exam to care delivery, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. Competitive benefits apply with part-time status.

Qualificações

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Formação académica

DMD or DDS

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination

Malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
