Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our team in Hollidaysburg, PA. You will deliver the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Schedule features 2-3 days per week with options for 8AM–5PM or 10AM–7PM; compensation includes daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, plus robust benefits and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
